1. Scope of Electronic Consent

Electronic Record Agreement: By submitting a request on our site, you agree to receive all notices, agreements, disclosures, and communications (“Disclosures”) in electronic format rather than on paper.
Electronic Signatures & Transactions: You consent to using electronic signatures and conducting all present and future transactions with us, our Lending Partners, and Service Providers electronically across both desktop and mobile platforms.
Delivery Methods: Disclosures may be delivered via our website, redirected lender websites, or directly to your provided email address.

Hardware & Software Requirements: Accessing and saving electronic Disclosures requires an internet-enabled device, an active email account, an updated web browser with 128-bit encryption (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Firefox), a PDF viewer (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader), and a printer or local storage device to keep records.
Paper Copies: You maintain the right to request paper copies of any electronic Disclosures directly from your assigned Lending Partner or Service Provider. Note that individual partners may charge a service fee for paper copies as permitted by law.

Withdrawal Limitations: E-Consent is mandatory to utilize our initial matching service; therefore, consent cannot be withdrawn for processing already completed. Withdrawing consent will not alter the legal validity of past electronic disclosures or contracts.
Withdrawing with Lenders: Once matched, you may contact the lender directly to revoke electronic consent. However, doing so may terminate your loan application or credit eligibility with that specific partner.
Contact Updates: You are responsible for keeping your contact information current by notifying your lender directly of any changes to your physical or email address.

By clicking the agreement button or proceeding with your request, you confirm that you have the technical capacity to access and retain these electronic records, fully understand this E-Consent agreement, and grant permission to conduct transactions electronically. If you disagree, do not submit your request.
